Led by the firm's founder and president, Stephanie Stephens, Pentad, Inc. provides tailored Affirmative Action services for construction projects in the greater Chicagoland area.  Each program is strategically designed to build capacity among Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Woman-owned Business Enterprise (WBE), and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firms, creating opportunities for growth in our community.
